If the South didn’t rise again with the election of DONALD TRUMP, it’s about to have a second chance in the personage of an asshole named ROY MOORE, a US senate-seeking redneck who makes the Donald look positively benign. But Roy Moore isn’t just your average yahoo. He allegedly has a little pedophilia going on as well!
It seems a Washington Post reporter heard a rumor that Moore had a history of dating teenagers when he was a thirty-something year old Alabama Assistant District Attorney. Following the story, diligent reporters’ research left (and leaves) little doubt as to the veracity of the claims. Basically, Moore (a single man) liked to hang at the mall and approach women (or should I say girls) many or all of whom were aged 14 to 18!
One 14 year-old swears that he took her back to his country crib, disrobed down to his tighty whities, and had her feel his unit while he felt her up (over the bra). When she asked to be taken home, he did just that (to his credit). Apparently, none of the then-teens who have come forward say they actually had sex with him. Which makes me believe their stories all that much more.
I agree with Moore when he says that this is all a smear campaign engineered by the liberal media. But when he invokes the “fake news” card? No sale. By me, it’s clear that he had a fetish (which he actively pursued) for teenagers while in his 30’s. One colleague has stated that others in the DA’s office knew of Moore’s social activities and thought it was “weird.” Asked if any of this was true while being interviewed on Fox News, Moore answered “Not generally, no!” What the fuck kind of answer is that?
Ok! So any rational human being would deduce that at one point in his adult life, Moore was a freak for young chicks. What I don’t get is why this would disqualify him from the senate when his political and social beliefs don’t? I find all his obvious prejudices much more offensive than Moore’s lame attempts at trying to bed post-pubescent teenagers. Of course, everything is relative.
It simply amazes me that in this day and age – and even in the South – people support Moore’s political and social ideals. A redneck in a cowboy hat with a pistol in his hand? This is a guy you want to elect to the US senate? I shouldn’t be surprised given that we have a blowhard New York hustler as our president. America may be the land of the free and the home of the brave. But it’s certainly no bastion for the enlightened or informed. I’ll tell y’all that!
